Our detection is 95%+ accurate with good email data, but we have a review queue for low-confidence items. You can manually upload or forward any missed emails. We refund the full subscription month if a notice is missed due to our error (first occurrence).

We send alerts 7, 14, and 30 days before deadlines. If a deadline is missed, we auto-generate intent-to-lien notices where applicable. We don't guarantee rights preservation if deadlines pass — that's why early detection is key. Consult an attorney for missed cases.

A dedicated forwarding address is available for maximum privacy (no full inbox connect required). We never access or store bank details, SSNs, or unrelated personal information.
